I'd like to see something a bit more advanced even if its not a full fledged solution. 1. Better queue monitoring 2. Listen in and call recording 3. Office closed for weather message function 4. Sefautil is a nice tool for configuring call forwarding, delegates, group call pickup, etc. But it's quirky, lacks good reporting and error handling, and just plain difficult if you don't use it often. It would be great for a way to 'take control' of the user's PC without the end user having to initiate it (ie. HelpDesk should initiate the control request and the end user would just see an 'accept/decline' popup)?? Curretnly the user has to offer the helpdesk technician control... By default it is set to Ctrl + Enter, which is used by default in many other clients. Now it takes a hover and 2 clicks before you can key the party you want to transfer the call to.
